A duo of “Fright Night” stars are back together again. Imogen Poots and Anton Yelchin will star in Jeremy Saulnier’s “Green Room,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film follows a punk band who find themselves locked in the green room at a concert venue after they witness a murder. They try to discover the truth about the murder while being the targets of a gang of skinheads. Yelchin will play the band’s headliner and Potts will play a skinhead who happens to be the friend of the murder victim. Macon Blair, Joe Cole, Alia Shawkat, Callum Turner and Mark Webber also star.
In addition to directing the film, Saulnier wrote the screenplay for the thriller.
In addition to starring together in “Fright Night,” Yelchin and Poots have individually been in some impressive projects as well. Yelchin is best known for his role as Chekov in JJ Abrams’ “Star Trek” franchise and most recently played Quentin in “Rudderless.” Poots’ recent credits include “Filth,” “The Awkward Moment” and “Need For Speed” opposite Aaron Paul.
